I provide clinical consultation through direct client assessment for outpatient therapists seeking additional clarity in complex or higher-risk cases.

This service is designed to support clinical decision-making when a case feels unclear, nuanced, or requires a more in-depth evaluation.

What This Service Includes:

• This service involves meeting directly with the client to complete a focused clinical assessment.

• Following the assessment, I provide clear, structured recommendations to support the treating therapist in determining appropriate next steps and level of care.

When This May Be Helpful?

• A case feels complex or unclear

• Additional clinical perspective is needed

• There are concerns about client safety or risk

• The therapist is unsure of next steps or level of care

Role Clarification:

• This service is consultative in nature and is designed to support the treating therapist.

• Ongoing care, treatment planning, and clinical responsibility remain with the primary provider.

• This is a one-time assessment and does not establish ongoing treatment.

Availability:

• Services are scheduled based on availability and are not intended for emergency or immediate response situations.

• This service is available to clients located in New York State, in accordance with licensure requirements.

Fees:

• This service is offered at a flat rate per assessment. Please inquire for current rates.
