Individual Therapy
Looking for direction? If you’re looking for support, guidance, and a clearer path forward, you’re in the right place. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, emotional exhaustion, or life transitions that leave you feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward. Many people come to therapy knowing they’re struggling but feeling unsure why the same challenges continue to show up or what steps to take next. Sessions are guided by your goals and designed to help you gain clarity, build insight, and take meaningful steps toward change.
Our approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. While therapy remains flexible to address what’s most important to you, we strive to provide direction and intention throughout the process. Sessions may include psychoeducation, coping skill development, reflection exercises, and evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs and goals.
In your first session, we’ll work on getting to know you and understanding your goals, challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This session is about understanding you, building trust, and beginning to create a plan that feels supportive, structured, and focused on progress at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Therapy services are provided virtually throughout New York State for teens and adults. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly and last approximately 60 minutes.
